Pricing

The price is on the page, where it should be.

From $99 a month, set by how many are on the books. Not per machine, not per job, and not a number you have to ring someone to find out. Seven days free first, so you can price it against what it actually saves you.

The problem

You shouldn't have to ring anyone to find out the price.

Most of this software hides the number behind a form. By the time you have it, you have had two phone calls and you still cannot line it up against anything else you looked at.

Ring us for a price

You want to know if it's worth a look. You get a form, a follow-up call, and a number two days later that you can't compare to anything.

Charged by the head

Priced per seat, so every bloke you put on adds to the bill that month. You end up sharing logins to keep the number down, which is the exact thing you were trying to stop.

Signed up for a year

Locked in for twelve months before you've seen it survive a wet week or a breakdown. If it doesn't suit the way you work, you're paying for it anyway.

The plans

Priced per crew, not per headache.

Pick the band that covers who's on the books. You can move between them whenever you like, without renegotiating anything. Every plan is the whole product — the bands only set how many can be on the books.

Crew

$99/mo

Up to 10 workers.

Where most crews start

Site

$179/mo

Up to 20 workers.

Business

$279/mo

Up to 30 workers.

Larger crews

Past 30 on the books, talk to us and we'll sort a price that fits the operation.

Every plan includes the lot:

  • Clock-ons off their own phones
  • Timesheets that build themselves
  • Approved weeks sent straight to Xero
  • Approved hours, totalled by worker and by job
  • Pre-starts signed on the machine
  • Plant register and service hours
  • The live view of the whole job
  • Keeps working with no signal

Prices in AUD, ex GST. Seven days free with no card, and you pick a plan when the trial finishes rather than before it starts.

What it doesn't cost

The bill doesn't move when the job does.

A big month, a new site, another machine on the register. None of it changes the number. The only thing that moves your bill is the crew outgrowing the plan, and you decide when that happens, not us.

Every machine on the register

Plant isn't metered. Put the whole fleet on it the day you start, and add to it whenever you buy something. The plan you're on doesn't change.

Every phone your crew carry

Nothing to install and no charge per device. It opens in the phone they already have, so a new bloke on Monday is a text message, not a licence.

Moving between plans

Change plan whenever, no renegotiation. Past 30 on the books get in touch and we'll sort a price that fits.

Questions

The questions everyone asks about the bill.

Seven days on the Crew plan, so up to 10 workers, with your own crew and your own machines on it. No card, no contract, and nothing to cancel if you decide against it. Bigger outfit? Pick the plan that fits when you subscribe.

Yes. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and excludes GST.

No. The plans are set by how many workers are on the books. The plant register is not metered, so the whole fleet goes on it the day you start. No plan is held to a single site.

Change plan whenever, no renegotiation. Past 30 on the books get in touch and we'll sort a price that fits.

Count who clocks on in a normal week, then read the plan cards above. If you're sitting right on the line between two of them, run the trial first and look at the real number before you decide.

When your subscription ends, your records stay readable to you, read-only. Records the law requires your business to keep, like time and wage records which must be held for 7 years, are retained for that period. Where no legal obligation applies, we delete data on request, and we'll help you get your data out.

Have a look first.

Seven days, your own crew, your own machines. Either it saves you the Monday morning or it doesn't, and you'll know by Friday.

7 days free. No card, no contract.
